He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Lewin Brindle; and his father-in-law Robert Schafer. He is survived by: his father Jay Greenfield of Walpole, NH.; his wife Madonna Schafer Greenfield; his siblings, James Greenfield (Karine) of Portugal, Abira Ali (Gordon) of Los Angeles and Molly Greenfield of Pittsburgh; his mother-in-law Cheryl Schafer; and his siblings-in-law, Amanda Schafer and Daniel Schafer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
