He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin A. Marshall and Elizabeth L. Pilston Marshall; his brother Gary L. Marshall; and his daughter Heatherlyn A. Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Marshall; his son Mark Marshall Jr. (Shannon) of Freeport; and his granddaughter Allessandra Marshall.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robert Peters Funeral Home, Inc. (1521 Freeport Rd, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
