She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Hartzel, Sr.; her stepchildren, Tammy Lynn Alleva (Frank) of Downingtown, PA and Richard G. Hartzel, Jr. (Suzanne) of Spring City, PA.; and her grandchildren, Brooke Hartzel, Richard G. Hartzel, III, Daniel Alleva and Dominic Alleva.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, PA 15084). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
