He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Meanor and Mildred Troup Meanor; his wife Karen Colgan Meanor; and his brothers, Harold and Melvin.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Lynn Hessom (Jeffrey), Ronald I. Meanor Jr. and Joel Kenneth Meanor (Kathy); his sister Donna Lee Graham; his grandchildren, Joshua Gancas, David Large, Andrew Meanor, James Colgan Meanor (Christina), Megan Flores (Tony) and Samuel Meanor; and his great grandchildren, Logan Gancas, Elijah and Cove Flores.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home (1125 Kenneth Ave, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
