Rzeczkowski); her daughter Kelly Freedline (Jerry Pfeifer); her grandson Jerry Pfeifer; her siblings, Stanley "Sonny" Adams Jr., Susan Baker (Herbert) and Sandra Mitchell (John); her nieces, Anna, Ashley and Jaime; and her nephew Jason.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
