He is survived by: his wife Janet Anke Huggins; his sons, Dr. Brian Huggins (Kat) and Billy Huggins, Jr. (Tammy); his granddaughters, Reagan and Eleanor; his children, John Anke (Sharla), Patti Elkin (Brian), Debbie Nicola (Mike) and Suzie Conger (Casey); and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Lana, Sophia, Maggie, Kate and Grace.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thomas M. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory Ltd. (930 Center Ave, Blawnox, PA 15238). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Guardian Angels Parish (800 Montana Ave, Natrona Heights, PA 15065).
