He is survived by: his children, Connie Brown and David Miklas; his grandchildren, Halin Paige Miklas, Victoria Catherine Brown and Ryan Benjamin Brown; his brothers, Allen, Robert (Rosalie), Michael and Terry (Bonnie); and his siblings' children, Roxann, Beckey, Rosalie, Kirsten, Allen Jr., Tracey, Daniel, Thomas, Ryan and Terry Jr..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society in Andy's memory.
