Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marta leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her mother Matilde Mēters; her husband Indriķis Šterns; and her brother Laimons Mēters. She is survived by: her daughters, Aija Ruta Sterns of Goose Creek, SC and Silvija Gunta Tighe (William) of Allentown, PA; and her grandchildren, Augustine Leo Tighe, Kirill Alexander Tighe and Aija Sophia Theodoti Tighe.
