He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlotte Kelly and Joseph Kelly; and his brother Ian. He is survived by : his wife Betty Olexa Kelly; his sons, Mark Joseph and Patrick Brian; his siblings, Brian, Carol, Barbara, Susan and Cathy; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Corinda, Heather and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Madalyn, Brenna and Brayden. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home (4080 William Penn Hwy, Easton, PA 18045). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
