He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack and Caroline; and his niece Joanna Voguit (Balzer). He is survived by : his wife Rosanne Balzer (Tomei); his children, Danielle (Eric Banta), Jessica (Chad Schaffer) and Stephen Jr. (Rachel); his brother John (Marilyn Balzer); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Alexa, Madison, Aubrey, Taylor and Emma. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
