He was predeceased by: his parents, Veryl M. Spade and Adrian H. Spade (DeShong); his sister Betty Lou Fischer; and his brother-in-law Dean Truax. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy R. Spade (Knepper); his daughter Lori Glazier (Curtis) of McConnellsburg, PA.; his siblings, Phyllis Truax of Needmore, PA, Jim Spade (Dee Ann) of Needmore, PA, Karen Mehring (Charles) of Keymar, MD and Patty Keefer (John) of Needmore, PA; his brother-in-law Jim Fischer; his grandchildren, Conrad Glazier and Caitlin Weaver (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Colby and Levi.
