He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin "Bud" Kretzer and Ercel Juanita Kretzer (Knight); his former wife Jo Anne Kretzer (Pack); and his siblings, Linda Maxine Lewis, Theresa Tate, Ricky Kretzer, Larry Kretzer, Charles Kretzer and Frank Kretzer.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sizemore Kretzer; his son Steven Kretzer (Jennifer Weiss); his granddaughter Evelyn Kretzer of Columbus, OH; his stepchildren, Jennifer Rohrer, John Bane IV, Jason Bane, Joel Bane and Lashawn Bane; and his siblings, Marlene Barger (Ray) of Hagerstown, MD, Donna Smith of Baltimore, MD and William Smith of Fairplay, MD.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
