She was predeceased by : her parents, Rose E. Truax (Clark) and Ivan L. Truax; her brothers, Donald R. Truax and Roger E. Truax; and her great grandchild Jaxon Henry.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa, Stacy, Green of Needmore, PA and Brian (Henry); her sister L. Diane (Snook); and her grandchildren, Dennis, Allen, Kayla, Cromer of Hustontown, PA, Phillip, Tyler, Green of Artemas, PA, Cheyenne Henry of Three Springs, PA and McKenzie Henry of Three Springs, PA. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
