He was predeceased by: his brother Lloyd James Newbaker, Jr. of Stockton, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Reimer Newbaker of Needmore, PA; his children, Karen Newbaker Smartt (Troy Snyder) of Fayetteville, PA and Keith Scott Newbaker of Lebanon, PA; his grandchildren, Jesse Newbaker Smartt (Ashley Peck Smartt), Nicholas Scott Smartt (Heather Godshall Smartt), Noah Richard Smartt (Emma Lafty Smartt), Shaye Amy Smartt (Kahlil Fortson) and Lindsay Sanger; his stepgranddaughter Heather Marie Smartt; his great grandchildren, Claire, Heidi, Henry, Lydia, Cora, Chloe and Peter Smartt; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Newbaker (NJ) of Stockton, Everett and Barbara Reimer of Easton; and his nieces and nephews, Lynne, Kenneth Newbaker, Leigh Newbaker Smith, Deborah Reimer Fullam, Brian Reimer and Renee Reimer Buskirk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Needmore Volunteer Fire Company or the Needmore Bible Church.
