She was predeceased by : her parents, Mildred N. Gordon (Brady) and C. Lester Gordon; her husband Ralph E. Cantner; her siblings, Merill Gordon and Mary Mellott; her son-in-law Bill Shives; and her great great grandchild Avery Meck.

She is survived by : her children, Paula J. Shives (Jack Miller) of Needmore, PA, Trudy K. Exline (Dale) of Hancock, MD and Lester A. "Les" Smith of Hagerstown, MD; her sisters, Shirley Gordon of Martinsburg, WV and Charlene Gordon of McConnellsburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Matt Shives (Anita) of Needmore, PA, Ty Exline (Sandy) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Ryan Exline (Misty Stotler) of Hancock, MD; her great grandchildren, Marina, Cassie, Mikayla, Reganne, Travis, Remi, Olivia, Weston, Hunter, Autumn and Boe; and her great great grandchildren, Everly and Graysen.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc. (873 Lincoln Way E, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
