He was predeceased by: his father William Skidmore. He is survived by: his mother Anne Skidmore; his children, Delores Butcher of Nemacolin, Debra McClure of New Freeport, Patricia Black of Carmichaels, Elizabeth Sine (Mike) of Carmichaels, Kenneth Williams Jr. of Clarksville and Rebecca Rodriguez (Joe) of Mishawaka, Ind.; and his grandchildren, Justin Williams, Anthony Butcher, Daniel Lingenfield, Faith Rodriguez, Grace Rodriguez, Krislynn Jake and Landon Williams.
