Carolyn Bower Obituary

We announce the death of Carolyn Bower of Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 83. Carolyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas W. "Tom" Bower; her parents, Fred Eber and Hazel Anna Keck (Adams); and her sister Marian Neilson. She is survived by: her son Terry L. Milloway (Bernadine); her stepson Dan Bower (Joan); her stepgrandchildren, Wade, Angela and Eric Bower; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Hali and Alyson Bower; her sister Louise Smith; her nieces and nephews, Brenda Siegel, Winona Neilson-Smith, Rick Smith and Bradley Smith; and her pet Cole.
