He is survived by: his wife Celia Wagner; his son Doug Birrer (Crystel) of Mahanoy City; his granddaughters, Kayla and Autumn; and his siblings, Beverly Bermes (John) of Billings, MT, Eddy (TerryKay) of Spokane, WA, Michael (Carolyn) of Poplar, MT and Dan (Karen) of Parachute, CO..
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heller Funeral Home (633 E 3rd St, Nescopeck, PA 18635). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
