He is survived by: his wife Sally Stout (Davenport); his son Andrew Stout; his stepson Andrew "AJ" Hoffman (Meredith); his grandchildren, Landen Hoffman and Leeanna Ross; and his siblings, Richard "Butch" Stout Jr. (Andrea), Clinton Stout (Sharon), Walter Stout (Donna), David Stout (Philip), Carlene King (Walter), Linda Mowery (James Sr) and Beth Stout. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
