He is survived by: his children, Bobby Hart (Deborah), Laura Penles and Carla Watts (Kevin); his grandchildren, Allison Watts Lidie (Aaron), Ashlee Watts Vannoy (Stephen) and Daniel Penles; and his great grandchildren, Hazel and Blair.
