He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Galmarini and Rosa Galmarini (Moneta); and his brothers, Aldo, Angelo and Victor Galmarini.

He is survived by: his wife Fannie Kouroglos; his children, Jeffrey (Anne), Randy (Sue), Greg (Suzy), Anthony (Caroline) and Juliann; and his son-in-law Matthew Mangino. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3000 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16107). A procession was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the Will Leave the Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
