It is with sadness that the passing of Charlene Toni Lofaro of Neshannock, Pennsylvania is shared. Charlene, born on January 9, 1954 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 17, 2026. Charlene will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Charlene by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Charlene is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Charlene’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fraley and Isabelle Fraley (Rzymski); her sisters, Gayle Cione and Susan Croak; her nephews, Michael and William Scott Stoner; and her close friend John Clark. She is also survived by her goddaughter, as well as great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery Chapel, New Castle (493 Harbor Rd, New Castle, PA 16101).
