He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph A. Houk, Sr. and Bertha DuBrock Houk. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Data; his children, Marcie Fuerscheach (Phil), Shari Houk (John Rask) and Jerry Houk (Amy); and his siblings, Robert Houk (Kay) and Norma Burns. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Church (1708 S Jefferson St, New Castle, PA 16102). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
