She was predeceased by: her husband James Horan; her grandson Shane Hansen, Sr.; and her parents, Amelia Stokes and James Stokes. She is survived by: her children, James Horan, Jr. (Annie), Denise Hansen (Chris), Marie Camilli, Maureen Crist (Fran), Edie Farina (Tommy), Michele (Scarlett) and Amelia (John); her grandchildren, Jimmy III, Danny, Liam, Meghan, Anthony, Damien, Elise, Chad, Katie, Paul and Ben; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Izzy, Shane, Jr., Brynlee, Paisley and Kayce; and her sister Gracie Hatton.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the D'Anjolell-Barone Memorial (908 S Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (1 Fatima Dr, Secane, PA 19018). A burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
