He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Kosko and Margaret Kosko (Gulish); his wife Dolores J. Kosko (Bordas); and his sister Evelyn Squires. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Cooney (Kevin) and Diane Kosko; and his nieces, Stephanie Shea (Dennis) and Pamela De Buhr (Robert). He is also survived by his family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
