He is survived by: his children, Dennis Heim (Aimee) of Jamison, PA and Barbara Tessier (Brant) of New Albany; his grandchildren, Ian Heim of Disputanta, VA, Allison Speier (David) of Disputanta, VA, Bailey Tessier of New Albany and Bradley Tessier of New Albany; his great grandchild Aimee Speier of Disputanta, VA; his sisters, Mary Jane Heim of New Albany, Verna Smith of Delta, PA and Arlene Wertman of Orwigsburg, PA; his sisters-in-law, Ida Bennett of New Albany, Joyce Bennett of Endicott, NY and Cynthia Hunt of Washington, NJ; and his pet Karla. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
