He was predeceased by: his father Eugene A. Forish. He is survived by: his mother Maragret Hornock Forish of New Alexandria; his siblings, Mary Cole (Jim) of Roanoke, VA and John Forish (Susan) of Greensburg; his nephews, Andrew Forish (Lorena), Dr. Michael Cole (Amanda Williams) and Dr. James Cole; and his niece Olivia Townsend (Nathan). He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews; several aunts and many cousins.
He worked as a manager in the IT Department at Fisher Scientific before joining the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill, where he worked from 2004 to 2015.
