Philip G. McNaughton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip G. McNaughton of New Alexandria, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Philip may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Philip touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. McNaughton and Margaret Theresa McNaughton (Carr); and his brothers, John, Robert and Gregory McNaughton.
He is survived by: his wife Janet McNaughton (Prah) of New Alexandria; his son Ryan P. McNaughton of New Alexandria; and his sisters, Kathleen Reid of New Alexandria and Mary Janice Menanno (Lewis) of Jeannette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (306 St. James Lane, New Alexandria, PA 15670). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
