He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Lukacs Mrazik; his children, Casey Stevens and William Stevens (Abby); his stepdaughter Jade Van Etten (David); his siblings, Sheree Kapusta (John) and Edward Stevens; his grandchildren, Rayne Stevens, Sara Van Etten and David Jr. Van Etten; and his siblings' children, Justin Betters (Carrie), John Kapusta (Alicia), Grant Reeder (Sarah Miller), Edward Stevens Jr., Katelyn Stevens, Craig Stevens and Chelsea Stevens.
