He is survived by: his wife Cindy Anthony; his daughter Hannah Jenkins (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Emma and Benjamin; and his siblings, Robert Campbell (Debbie), Jack Campbell (Fran) and Susan Kelly (Lake). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, along with nieces and nephews.
