She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Earl and Bertha L. Johnston (Courson); her husband Hilton Arnold Smith; her granddaughter Tiffany Smith; her great grandchild Colby Buzard; and her siblings, James Johnston and Judy George.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward A. Smith (Judith) of New Bethlehem, Hilton E. Smith (Donna) of New Bethlehem and Larry D. Smith (Sue) of New Bethlehem; and her sisters, Dorothy Copenhaver of New Bethlehem and Norma Schrecengost of New Bethlehem. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
