King of New Bethlehem; his children, Noella Yasmine Franklin of West Germany, Brailee Mae Franklin of New Bethlehem and Roewen Travis of New Bethlehem; his brother Robert L. Franklin of Rimersburg; his stepsiblings, Bert A. King of Strattanville and Marsha Reinsel of Hawthorn; his half-sister Tianna Franklin of Michigan; his nephew Elijah; John and Missy Pisor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
