She is survived by: her children, Heath Cook (Joni) and Nicole Renee Shaffer; her grandchildren, Paige Colwell (Jacob Frampton) and Ridge; her great grandchild James Frampton; her siblings, Dwayne Cook (Pamela), Barry Cook (Reto Kressig) and Peggy Bish (Tim); and her close friend Jeffrey Bell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Her family suggests memorial contributions be made in her memory to an animal shelter of one's choice.
