She was predeceased by: her siblings, Darl "Bud" Crawford and Cheryl Metz; her nephew Brad Crawford; and her grandson David Patrick Dwyer. She is survived by: her husband Elbert "Sonny" Shaffer; her brothers, Sam Crawford and Dick Crawford; her daughters, Dorinda Bugos of Pittsburgh and Michelle Dwyer (Dave) of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Bridget Kropiewnicki (Joe), Katie Dwyer, Maggie Baird (James), Kim Dwyer, Tom Dwyer and Danny Bugos; and her great grandchildren, Mark, Madison Kropiewnicki and Lilly Baird.
