It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David B. Cook of New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Blair Cook and Evelyn Cook (Keeler); and his sister Virginia Steffey. He is survived by : his daughter Tammy Frye (Chris) of New Bethlehem; his granddaughter Kloey Chestnut (Pam Songer) of New Bethlehem; his great grandchildren, Butch Songer (Shelly) of Louisiana, Rick Songer (Ciera) of New Bethlehem and Doug Songer (Kim) of New Bethlehem; and his sisters, Elaine Sweet (Bob) of Brick Church and Diane Cumberledge of Kittanning. He is also survived by her eight grandchildren.
