With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Levy of New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Levy and Betty Levy (Wetzel); and his siblings, Edwin Levy, William "Bill" Levy and Holly Irwin.
He is survived by: his wife Elma Legrand; his daughters, Megan Hepler (Brandon) of New Bethlehem and Adrienne Millis (David) of Alpharetta, Georgia.; his siblings, Penny Kinch of Mt. Airy, Kathy Best (Jim) of Emlenton, Deb Davis (Chuck) of St. Petersburg and Robert Levy (Michelle) of St. Petersburg; and his siblings-in-law, Felicito Legrand, Jr. of New Bethlehem, Jim "Bud" Irwin of Emlenton, Hector Efrain Legrand (Yvette) of Vieques, Hector Luis Legrand (Rose) of Vieques and Nilda Rodriguez of Vieques. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
