He is survived by: his son Keith Hoak (Natasha) of Cocoa, FL; his granddaughters, Elena and Caroline; his daughter Debbie Hoak; his grandchildren, Heather and Norman; his brother Raymond; his sister-in-law Carol Jackson (Robert) of Lower Burrell; and his pet Liberty. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
