He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Haines. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Dwyer Haines Himes; his siblings, Glenn Haines (Crystal), Tom Haines (Andrea), Fran Sanford (Mark) and Tammy Haines; and his nieces and nephews, Kasey, Ty, Cal, Jessica, Braydon and Delaney.
