She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Smith and Carolyn Powell Smith Bachman; her sister Dianne Bachman Baumhaver; and her stepfather Russell Bachman. She is survived by : her husband Melvin C. Blake; her son Ken Blake (Mandy) of New Bethlehem; her grandson Steven Blake (Jennifer); her children, Duncan and Trinity Blake; her grandson Beau Blake; her children, Kenndra Cravener (Tim), Emma, Avery Cravener and Suzette Gunter (Mark) of New Bethlehem; her grandchild Denelle Procious (Ryan); her children, Abigail, Tenley, Gunner, Evelyn Procious, Toni Ryver (Nate), Paisley and Prudence Ryver; and her brother Rusty Bachman.
