He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Kutz; his sister Phyllis Traini; his stepson Charles Duncan III; his stepdaughter-in-law Traci Duncan; his stepdaughter Dana Bentsel of Shermans Dale; his stepson-in-law Timothy Gibbons; and his stepgrandson Thomas Duncan.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Bitner; his niece Sandy Kerbaugh (Steven); his nephew Robert Traini (Anna); his stepchildren, Dori Barnard (Chris) of Landisburg, Joel Bentsel, Bonnie Gibbons of Blairs Mill, Shawn Duncan (Kara) of Shermans Dale, Jonathan Adams and Jessica Gemberling of Millersburg; his stepgrandchildren, Mathew Barnard, Samatha Barnard, Tori Putt, Zachary Duncan, Jesse Gibbons, Kayla McNeal, Kyrsten Dawson, Tyler Adams and Marissa Duncan; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Landon Barnard, Shay Putt, Ridge Putt, Jameson Gibbons, Jenson Gibbons and Oaklynn Dawson. He is also survived by Two Great Niece and Three Great Nephews and One Great Great Niece.
