It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evelyn Spotts of New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 88, on July 30, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter S. and Mary C. Raubenstine (Barnhart) of Hanover; and her brothers, Harold W. Raubenstine, Gerald B. Raubenstine and Nevin E. Raubenstine.
She is survived by: her husband Kelvin R. Spotts; and her children, Andrew Spotts (Pam) of Shippensburg, Beth Carter (Karl) of St. Charles, MO, Samuel Spotts of Shermans Dale and Mary Thomas of Mountain Top. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and 16 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Evelyn requested that memorial donations be made to the Handbell Music Fund of Christ Lutheran Church, 46 West High Street, PO Box 448, New Bloomfield, PA 17068, or to the Handbell Music Fund of St. Bartholomew's United Church, 1204 Grand Valley Road, Hanover, PA 17331.
