He was predeceased by : his parents, John E. Snowden and Ruth Snowden (Ritter); his wife Mary Ann Snowden (Berny); and his siblings, Naomi Taylor, Molly Ann Walsh, Bob, Don and Jack Snowden.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah Cunningham (Daniel), Jeffrey Snowden and Gary Snowden; and his grandchildren, Jordan Cunningham, Joseph Cunningham, John Paul Cunningham, Julia Cunningham, James Cunningham, Eric Snowden and Jacob Snowden.
