He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Higley, Sr. and Cyrilla Higley (Young); his sister Sharon Miller; and his nephew Billy Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Higley, Larry Higley (Donna) and Jerry Higley (Loretta). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
