It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Walters of New Brighton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Walters and Emma Walters (Broadwater); and his daughter Norma Walters. He is survived by : his wife Audrey Walters (Borham); and his children, Ray Walters and Beverly Walters. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
