Richard F. Zinsser Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2025, at the age of 77, Richard F. Zinsser Jr. (New Brighton, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne Zinsser and Kathleen Zinsser; and his stepson Mark Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Zinsser (Wood); his daughters, Heidi O'Connor (Shawn) and Miami Heather Schmidt (Jim); his stepchildren, Scott Davidson (Kathy), Aliene Mittner (Don), Kelly Hainer (Norman) and Joe Tabay (Dana); and his sisters, Debbie Roxer (Paul), Virginia Beach and Beth Crivelli (Allen). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J&j Spratt Funeral Home (1612 3rd Ave, New Brighton, PA 15066). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish (521 7th Ave, New Brighton, PA 15066).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the New Brighton Lions Club, 720 3rd Ave, New Brighton, PA 15066.
