She was predeceased by : her husband Mark W. Douglass; and her son Matthew A. Douglass. She is survived by : her sons, Mark A. Douglass, John D. Douglass and Todd Douglass (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Johnathan Douglass (Arly), Mark E. Douglass, Ericka Houk (Ryan), Ashley McGaffin (Chris), Hannah Douglass, Alaina Douglass, Alexis Campagna, Sage Douglass, Chase Douglass, Ansley Houk, Cayden McGaffin and Harrison Houk; and her friends, Eleanor Cabana and Peggy Klepic. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
