It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Carver of New Brighton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Carver and Sophie Carver (Lesnick); his former wife Margaret "Peggy" Carver; his wife Nancy Carver (Narvett); his siblings, Kenneth "Doc" Carver and Virginia Carver; his sons-in-law, John Gorgas and Frank Gaus; his niece Terry Carver; and his nephew Larry Carver.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Gorgas, Mitch Carver (Linda), Judith Anthony (Mike) and Janette Gaus; his stepchildren, Rick Narvett (Laura), Debbie Narvett and Rob Narvett; his grandchildren, Jesse Ward, Maggie Koslof (Ryan), Joshua Carver (Jamie), Dr. Rachel Fath (Chris), Brittany Safran (Greg), Dr. Alyssa Marcus (Alex), Shelby Carver (Jim Wherry), John Anthony (Alexa), Nathan Anthony (Phil), Michael Anthony (Maura), Sarah Sullivan (James) and Mary Gaus; and his great grandchildren, Sean Ward, Grayson, Elouise, Grady Safran, Blake, Christian Fath, Callister, Juniper Marcus and Rosie Anthony. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and very dear friends.
