She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Pazzo and Cecelia Ritty Pazzo; her former husband Roger Burke; her husband Charles E. Forkey; and her brother Michael L. Pazzo.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Eardley (Richard) and Michele Balcom (Ray). She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
