She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crappio and Amelia Gentile Crappio; her husband Donald R. Pagley; and her siblings, Domenick Crappio and Mary Morgan.
She is survived by: her son Donald Pagley (Lucy); and her sisters, Vincenza Cox and Amelia Blinn. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
