With sadness, we share the passing of Carol A. Dean of New Castle, Pennsylvania. Carol, born on June 21, 1945, passed away on October 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman G. Sargent and Violet Patrick Sargent; her brother Ronald Sargent; her grandson Daren; and her great grandchild Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Dean; and her children, Rusty Moore, Sherrie Kreitzer (Fred), Christine Mancuso (Nathan) and Jeff Dean (Alison). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
